Communicating for success

I can help you understand people in minutes rather than months or years

The profile takes  less than TEN MINUTES to complete and is not a test that you can pass or fail. The information you gain from using it, will help you become aware of:

  • your own preferences in what you like to do, and how you communicate and like to be communicated with
  • any adaptations you feel you need to make when you’re in a work  environment
  • how you feel about stressful or challenging situations – and how you might deal with that challenge
  • what motivates you and your greatest fears
  • how you are perceived by others

The programme also teaches you how to spot these things in others so that you can quickly create rapport with pretty much anyone.

The system I use is called DISC. It’s very quick to do, easy to use and to understand and it’s very powerful. It helps you gain a better understanding of yourself – even if you’re already self-aware. It’s tried and tested and has 95% accuracy.

I’m trained to deliver DISC to individuals and in organisations as a trainer. I can profile teams and deliver group workshops.

Example client feedback:

“I found the ‘profiling’ especially useful when trying to address communication issues and concerns I had about the most effective ways of communicating with someone who demonstrates a profile that was the polar opposite of my results. This was a ‘light bulb’ moment for me and has definitely helped me recognise techniques that I can use to ensure I am able to achieve a resolution to a particular scenario where a colleague does not appear to have the same motivations.”
